Please read these terms before using iTrips (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Accounts
This section will describe account registration, third-party sign-in, and responsibility for account security.
Subscriptions and payment
The Pro plan is paid through the App Store or Google Play and is handled under each store's rules. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of each period and can be cancelled at any time in the store's subscription settings. The one-month plan does not renew automatically. Refunds follow each store's policy.
Your content
This section will describe ownership, licensing, and sharing settings for the content you create and upload (trips, journals, photos, videos, and documents).

AI features
Results from AI recommendations and booking document parsing are for reference only; please check that they are correct before relying on them. Details are being drafted.
Location sharing and SOS
SOS only sends a push notification to the emergency contacts you chose yourself and lets them see your location for a limited time (30 minutes by default). The Service does not contact the police, fire services, ambulance or any other emergency service, and does not guarantee that a notification is delivered or seen. If there is immediate danger, call your local emergency number directly. Location sharing with friends is turned on and off by you; share only with people you trust. The remaining terms are being drafted.
Termination and account deletion
You can delete your account in the app at any time. See "Deleting your account" in the Privacy Policy for the process and how your data is handled.
